Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website or book a consultation with One Step Education Consultancy (“One Step”, “we”), a consultancy based in Vesu, Surat, Gujarat, India.

What we do

We provide career counselling, test preparation, and guidance on university admissions, scholarships, education loans and student visas. We advise and assist. Decisions on admissions, scholarships, loans and visas are made by universities, lenders and governments, not by us.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee admission to any university, the award of any scholarship or loan, or the grant of any visa. Nobody can honestly offer that guarantee. We commit to giving you careful advice and to preparing your applications properly.

The consultation

A first consultation is about 30 minutes, one to one with the founder, and costs ₹500. If you enrol for our services afterwards, the ₹500 is credited to your service fee. Rescheduling and refunds are covered in our refund and cancellation policy.

Our services after you enrol

The services you take, and the fee for them, are agreed with you in writing before any work begins. That agreement sits alongside these terms.

What we need from you

• Accurate and complete information and documents. Applications are made in your name.
• Documents and decisions on time, so that deadlines can be met.
• Honesty. We will not submit information we know to be false.

We work to keep this website accurate, and each country page shows when its facts were last reviewed. Rules, fees and required amounts change often. Treat the website as general information, and confirm anything important with the official source or with us before you act on it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
