Refund and cancellation policy

This policy covers the ₹500 consultation fee paid to One Step Education Consultancy. Fees for services you take after enrolling are covered by your written service agreement.

The consultation fee

• The fee is ₹500 for a first consultation of about 30 minutes.
• If you enrol for our services afterwards, the full ₹500 is credited to your service fee.
• Once the consultation has taken place, the fee is not refundable.

If you need to change your time

Tell us before your slot by phone or WhatsApp and we will move your consultation to another time at no extra cost.

If we need to cancel

If we have to cancel and cannot offer you another time that suits you, we refund the fee in full.

Payments made in error

If you are charged twice or pay the wrong amount, we refund the difference in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the method you paid with, through Razorpay. They usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
